Tasting notes
The dominate Grenache blend with Mourvesre and Syrah was co ferminted with a splash of Viognier while being partially fermented on stems. The resulting wine is lush, bright and seamlessly complex. Its expressive with cherry, dark fruit, dried herbs and fig while having texture depth, and bslanced acidity.
